1. BumbleBee's Craft Shop want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping with us! Therefore, we are implementing a quality control of the products you buy just before they are packed so that no defective. This control is recorded thereafter in a logbook. It also documented the date when your order was posted. If you have any problems with the products, please send us an email within 5 days after you received the shipment, we will solve the problem!

2. BumbleBee's Craft Shop have the ambition to ship out all orders within 48 hours after payment is received, provided that the product is in stock. If we can not do this, then we will send you a gift as compensation!

3. You as a customer will always receive an email from BumbleBee when we ship out, so you know that the shipment is on the way.

Bumblebee have constantly low prices, even at regular prices. We have gathered all in a special section for "Red prices", that always contains a large quantity of products at super prices! You'll find it all here under the link "Extra prices" in Sale!

 

We do everything we can to keep the shop-date and select / remove products run out. Sorry, we have no ability to backorder goods, but please make a new order when you see that it is loaded again. Should this happen, so send BumbleBee an email where you can choose to substitute with other products or getting a refund.

We ship internationally via PostNord or DHL and apply their tariff rates. Depending on the exchange rate between the SEK and your country's currency, the shipping cost varies from one order to another.

Overall, we have tried to prioritize the image quality in terms of both size and clarity. we think it is extremely important that you as a customer sees the product as good as possible. Unfortunately, this means that when it gets many pictures / products on one page, it goes a little slower. We have also chosen principle to divide no products on multiple pages (all in one long line), this in order to avoid having to scroll a lot. (There are some exceptions)
