If you shop at BumbleBee's Craft Shop you automatically accept the following
Terms and Conditions as well as terms of shipping and delivery. Applies to both Sweden and internationally.

Requests
All orders are binding. Orders not payed to Bumblebees account, at latest 7 calendar days after ordering, will be charged a legally correct additional fee, currently 60 SEK.
If the order still not will be payed despite a reminder, the order will be sent sent for recovery through a debt collection agency.
Orders for persons under 18 received only if parental consent is found.
Order in another person's name without his consent, and that leads to BumbleBee's Craft Shop suffer economic or other damage will be reported to the police.
We backorder no goods but kindly ask you to make a new order when the item is back in stock.
The best way to place your order is through the webshop! Alternatively you are most welcome to place orders via email, telephone or other media. You can also visit us and shop directly at our warehouse by making an appointment.

Change in the total order or cancellation
You are welcome to change your order up until the order is packed for shipping. To change content in an existing order, please use this form to contact us...
You can of course cancel your order at no charge if it is not packed. If the order is packed we charge you a fee of 150 SEK for our adm. (Your order will not be packed until payment is received)
A change / cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from the BumbleBee.
If the order is changed, the price & conditions prevailing at the date of amendment.
Cancellation of pre-order items can not be done.

Minimum order
Your order must contain products for 200 SEK, except if you pay with Paypal or to BumbleBee's bank account. Then the minimum order is 250 SEK.

Current payment options currently available through Payson Checkout are invoice, part payment, card payment, direct payment by bank or SMS payment through the My Wallet service.

Prices
VAT is included in the price by 25% for all EU countries. Countries outside the EU is free of VAT, which is handled automatically in the shopping basket.
Generally, we try to offer very competitive prices. Please also be aware of the low price level on ordinary prices!

Bumblebee.s webshop has the following currencies: SEK, EUR, DKK, NOK, GBP, USD, JPY. Prices and fees are updated every day according to the reference rates from openexchangerates.org.

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, lack of delivery from suppliers, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which leads to that BumbleBee Shop not can keep its agreement / pledge, shall constitute the basis that we released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.

Normal delivery with PostNord and DHL in Sweden is 1-2 days.
We always send a confirmation email when your order goes away from BumbleBee!
Once your payment is received to BumbleBee's Craft Shop we ship your order within 48 hours. BumbleBee Shop is not responsible for the shipment. (Free Bumblebees stock).
This means that we normally do not replace orders that are lost or damaged in the shipping process. If you want to be absolutely sure you select the item, recommended (REK). PostNord's current fee will then be added to your order, but you can then track the package if it is lost in the process. Tell us in connection with your order if you want your shipment as recommended (REK). Shipments sent by DHL will be tracked automatically without extra charge.

Damage to the letters and parcels
If you discover damage, you should immediately report it to the shipping company. Do you see that the item is damaged when you get it, you do not sign it!
Do not you see the damage föränn you opened the item, and the damage is such that it can be cited to cargo phenomenon's management, you should contact them and make a claim.

Sweden:
Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK (Excl shipping), unless otherwise stated in the products or through special offers. (Applies only to shipping address in Sweden)
Shipping on additional orders / separate related orders does not provide extra shipping fee provided the orders have been made with a maximum of 5 days intervals. Subsequently, the orders are still packed, but shipping is treated cost-wise as different orders.
Shipments under 1 kg are always sent traceable with Postnord. Bulky letter comes to your delivery, while smaller items end up directly in your mailbox.
Shipping cost internationally;
We only ship trackable with Postnord. When products are placed in the shopping basket, the shipping cost is shown before the order is sent.
Depending on the exchange rate between SEK and your country's currency, the shipping cost may vary from one order to another.

Return policy & returns
You, the customer pays for postage back to BumbleBees Craft Shop, and is responsible for the goods are packed according Bumblebees instructions. Package or letter sent COD or similar will not be solved by BumbleBees Craft Shop.
If the original packaging is undamaged and has some type of "seal" and it is broken, we will deduct the value reduction by 25% on the product price.
If the original packaging is damaged, the deduction for depreciation will be 50% of the product price.
For returns on sale items (Red prices), in addition to the above, returns on paper in general and orders that are personal are not accepted. (Special orders, wedding cards, guest books, etc)
