What is embossing and how do I use it?
Embossing is a wonderful technology that gives you a raised surface and thus adds dimension and texture to your projects! You both see and feel the results.
Embossing can give you a polished, professional and elegant look and is excellent for themes like vintage, weddings and much more, of course!
Today there are many different ways to supply a raised area in your project. You can use:
- Dry embossing, using special tools that make patterns in e.g. a paper
- Decorations already embossed, e.g. frames
- Dies and punches that gives you a raised surface on the subject
- Heat embossing powder and heat gun that gives you an amazing opportunity to create a personal touch to your layouts and cards
