COPIC CIAO alcohol ink pen is a fast drying non-toxic double-pointed pen that is also refillable, have replaceable nibs and are compatible in their tones. COPIC markers are used by artists and designers worldwide.
The pen is great for both beginners and the experienced hobby artist. You can easily mix colors when painting and "superimpose" them at each other.
Tips consist of a thin tip and a wider.
You can also use ink refills to thin out / fade eg backgrounds. (Just as with other alcohol based inks).

For best results, stamp your motif with MEMENTO ink from Tsukineko, because then you avoid the color "bleeding" with Copic pens.
