Edition Peters originally C. F. Peters Musikverlag is a German music publisher, named after bookseller Carl Friedrich Peters, who in 1814 bought a music publishing house founded by Franz Anton Hoffmeister and Ambrosius Kühnel in Leipzig.
In 1867, the firm's then owner Max Abraham began publishing the affordable Edition Peters, which was widely distributed. It included works from the classics to modern composers.
Size ca 195 x 140 mm, 300 x 230 mm.
Weight approx. 50 grams
